TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions set out below govern the online competition "Competition" that is to take place from the 9 - 12 January 2026. PLASTEX is co-organised by dmg events Egypt Limited and ACG-ITF (“Organiser”). By participating in the Competition, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You can enter the competition by completing the visitor registration online before 30 November 2025 (only one entry per person is permitted).
1.2 You must be pre-registered, be a plastics or rubber trade professionals, be over the age of 18.
1.3 It is mandatory to attend a minimum of 1 day of the 4 event days of PLASTEX 2026 in order to be an eligible entrant into the Competition.
1.4 Exhibitors, co-exhibitors, non-industry professionals, sponsors, partners, supporters, media or any third party directly associated with the administration of the exhibition (including any family members) are not eligible to participate in the competition.
2. ENTRY
2.1 The information used to fill in the visitor registration will only be used as needed for the purpose of running the competition and selecting a winner.
2.2 Each participant is entitled to one sole entry.
2.3 The competition is free to enter, and no monetary purchase is necessary.
3. WINNER
3.1 The Winner will receive an Apple Watch series 11.
3.2 The Winner will be chosen by the Organiser and will be announced on 12 January 2026.
3.3 The Organiser's decision is final.
3.4 The Prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
4. GENERAL
4.1 The Organisers reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition if it becomes necessary or desirable to do so. The decision of the Organisers regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered about it.
4.2 The Organisers reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of the Terms and Conditions, at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
